some things.

If for example, your looking for the song 'Love
Me Tender' by the artist Elvis Presley. Don't search for both artist
and song in the All Option. Either search 'Elvis Pressley' in the
Artists Option or search 'Love Me Tender' in the Songs Option.

Results will appear when searching 'Elvis
Presley' in the All Option and Artists Option but searching for this
query in the Songs Option brings a not found message.

If the search query is 'Everything I Do I Do It
For You' by Bryan Adams. There are variations of this title on MIDI
files. So search for 'Everything' in the Songs Option.
